Return Policy

At Visrama Lounge Wear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return policy for guidance on returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Undergarments or swimwear for hygiene reasons.
  • Items that have been altered, customized, or damaged by the customer.

Returns Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at visramaloungewear@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and a description of the item you wish to return.
  2. Our team will provide you with an RMA number and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Pack the item securely, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. We will process the new order promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
